1 - 3D CAD DESIGN
We have designed 1,000's of parts. No job is too big or too small! We can create the 3D CAD files you needed for 3D printing and/or manufacturing (STL & STEP files) and design the electronics as well if needed.
2 - PROTOTYPING
Once the 3D CAD Design is complete we can 3D print and make your prototype including electronics & PCB boards. We can work with plastics or metals and many other materials during prototyping.
3 - MANUFACTURING
Once the prototype is approved and testing looks good we can make 1,000's of parts for you rapidly! We manufacture plastics, metals, foam, silicone, rubber & more!

You have the idea...
We’ll handle everything else!
To begin working together we just need a very simple sketch from you which helps us develop your design. Something that shows the general shape, maybe a couple of rough dimensions and any other notes you think might help us out.
Some clients also send a picture of a similar product and say "my idea is similar to this but will be different because...."
From there we turn your sketch into a 3D CAD file and send it to you. Using free 3D software called eDrawings you can review the 3D file and inspect it using the measure tool to see if it's to spec and what you want. We will go back and forth a bit to get the part 100% correct and then move onto the prototype phase!
The entire process is a lot easier than you might think!
